We experienced some very strong hail storms this spring and contacted our insurance company to set up an appointment with an adjuster to take a look at our roof. The adjuster had determined the hail did not cause enough damage to our roof and there was nothing the insurance company could do. After a few weeks I decided to contact Stephen with my issue. I set up an appointment for Stephen to meet with an insurance adjuster at my house. Once again, the adjuster stated there was not enough hail damage to warrant a new roof claim. HOWEVER, this is where Stephen truly saved us. He identified that the roof actually experienced severe wind damage and pulled up multiple sheets of shingles to show the wind had actually ripped them off the paper. The insurance adjuster immediately decided to warrant us a successful claim and the insurance company purchased our roof. I can not explain in words how amazing it was to have an expert like Stephen out on location with us to pick up these problems we had on our roof that we had no idea about!
